Conclusion:All allegations substantiated
Report of Findings:Community Care Facility Licensing investigates all allegations of a community care facility operating in non-compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) or Residential Care Regulations (RCR). Evidence was obtained through discussions with the Operator, and observations of premises. Findings are based on a balance of probability to determine whether a contravention was more likely to have occurred than not.
Based on the analysis of evidence it was determined the following section of legislation was contravened.
