Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
313  Critical Inadequate treatment
Observation: Nukko Lake is the source water for the community hall, and at the time of the inspection only a 30 micron filter was being used for treatment. After the most recent microbiological sample results that lead to a Boil Water Notice being placed on the system, the operator had found that the UV wasn't functioning properly, and was unable to acquire parts to fix the unit. Public Health significance - Inadequate treatment of surface water may lead to illness if the water is consumed or used for cooking purposes.
Corrective Action: Provide a construction permit application to Northern Health's Public Health Engineer regarding updates to the treatment system. Ensure that adequate signage is placed at all publicly accessible taps until Northern Health provides written confirmation that the Boil Water Notice has been rescinded.
