Ensure peeling paint by hand sink in dishwashing area is addressed in the scheduled renovation.
Comments: General sanitation is excellent. Hand washing stations are equipped with soap and paper towel. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm. Dishwasher is 73°C, or greater, during rinse at plate surface. Refrigeration temperatures are 4°C or less. Freezers are -18°C or less. Temperature records are maintained and up to date. Inspection conducted at main food service kitchen, Chandler, ICU, and Richmond services. Fairfield serveries to be inspected in next routine inspection. Aesthetic renovation scheduled in February 2017. New dishwasher updated at the same time.
