Cleaning is required along the fan cover of the walk-in cooler and floors in the ware washing area. Clean along the blade of the can opener, please have the blade sharpened or replaced in order to prevent formation of metal shavings.
Comments: Routine inspection conducted today. All hot holding (≥ 60°C) and cold holding (≤ 4°C) protective temperatures are in compliance with the Health requirements. Protective temperature and sanitizer is in place. 200 ppm quat surface sanitizer is in place.
