Address the following issues under your operating permit conditions: - Repeat requirement - Submit copy of Annual Report(reference provided, provide copy 2 weeks). - Improve maintenance and monitoring of 30 meter capture zone around well head. Including boats and bikes piled on ground near well, and vehicles parked next to well. (Repeat issue). (Set-up parking barriers and signs and keep vehicles at least 30 feet from the well). Cut down and maintain brush near well to inhibit pests. 2. Provide copy of operator training completed, if not done take minimum of Water Safe BC. ![]() |

Follow-up Inspection: - Since April 2019 sampling frequency has been improved, ensure source and distribution cites are sampled twice per month all year. - 2019 update to Emergency Response Plan received. - November 2017 Chemical testing was updated, ensure maintained every five years. - UV disinfection upgraded and working, but pending approval with out office. Routine Inspection: - Routine source to top inspection and GARP assessment of well. - Deep drilled well 5 micron cartridge filter, NSFSS Class A UV, auto-shut off and distribution to 2 structures and 1 RV trailer. |
