Routine Inspection: Note: If registered ownership name changes, reapplication is required. Note: All upgrades, alterations, and extensions to the water system require application and construction permit from the Public Health engineer before construction. Note: Notified protective housing over valves at secondary potable water storage tank installed. Note: Notified distribution line upgrades were completed for future separation of potable and non-potable/fire protection uses in facilities. Will be implemented when facility upgrades meet BC Surface Water Treatment Objectives. Included with inspection report is reminder of May 17, 2017 direction from Drinking Water officer (DWO) delegate on requirements related to separated potable water system. Note: Ensure continued compliance with other Operating Permit conditions including, maintaining approved sampling program and annual reporting to water users and DWO.
