Observation: Ensure twice a month ( biweekly) samples are collected from the distribution system. In 2019 and 2020 some MONTHS, were missed for bacteriological sampling and this is not acceptable.
Corrective Action: Ensure that you meet the minimum sampling schedule as per the terms of your operating permit or further action may be taken.

Observation: 1. Free residual chlorine to be minimum 0.2 ppm in the distribution system at ALL times. Currently, operator does not appear to be monitoring/recording residual chlorine levels within the system, after hauled water is delivered, etc. 2. Monitor an record free residual chlorine levels with the reservoirs and distribution system at least 3 x/week ( Ideally this is done every day). .
Corrective Action: 1. This is to be correct IMMEDIATELY. 2. Keep log in shed/ in test kit/ common posted location.

Observation: Monitor for chlorine disinfection by-products as per Feb 2017 letter. Comments: Operator has installed new locks so that only designated staff heave access to water treatment shed and pipes are labelled ( INDICATE RAW water pipes in shed.
