Observation: Inadequate treatment and disinfection of the drinking water supply. Community is currently in process of moving towards compliance with the Drinking Water Protection Act and Regulation.

Observation: Water system remains on a Boil Water Notice since June 2010. Ensure all water system users continue to be notified. Boil Water Notice remains in effect until rescinded by the Drinking Water Officer (EHO).
|Routine Inspection conducted. Environmental Health officer (EHO) taken on source-to-tap tour of the water system. No dwellings were entered due to Covid-19 concerns. Ensure minimum frequency of water sampling is met. Ensure Emergency Response Plan is updated annually and forwarded to EHO for review. General chemical analysis of source water was conducted in 2019. Discussed the following: Steps proposed by community to come into compliance. Name of the water system may change. Operator training requirement and courses that meet that requirement.|
