Report of Findings
On January 10, 2020, Licensing received a complaint regarding care and supervision.

The allegations included the following details:
- Staff shortages affecting quality of care
- PIC's not receiving weekly baths

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures, inspection, and emails.

The following contraventions were determined:
