Report of Findings
On June 26, 2023, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision.

The following information was provided:
- the facility operator was not permitting a person in care to use the bathroom sink located in their bedroom

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence from the facility operator was received and reviewed.

The following requirements were not met:
Residential Care Regulation (RCR) s.21(a) – Physical Facility

Observation: It was confirmed the person in care (PIC) was not permitted to use their bathroom sink and no other sink was made available to them in their room.
