Report of Findings
On December 16th, 2019, Licensing received a complaint regarding the physical facility, care and supervision, and staffing. The complainant provided the following details:
- The elevator is not working
- Inadequate staffing levels
- Insufficient incontinence products

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through on-site inspection, interviews, and review of documentation.
Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Residential Care Regulation (RCR) s.42(1)(a) - Employees on duty
- RCR s. 82 - Care plan
- Community Care Assisted Living Act s. 7(1)(b)(i) - Health, safety, and dignity
