Report of Findings
On January 28, 2020, Licensing received a complaint regarding staffing and care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details:
- inadequate staffing levels
- unsafe lifts and transfers

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through on-site inspection, interviews, and review of documentation.
Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Residential Care Regulation (RCR) s. 42(1)(a) - Staffing
- RCR s. 85(1)(d) - Policies and procedures
