Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on January 9, 2023.

The following concerns were provided:
- a person in care did not receive adequate care and supervision

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from interviews and records.

Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Residential Care Regulation Section 85(1)(d) – A licensee must do ensure that policies are implemented by employees.
