Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on December 13th, 2019, regarding care and supervision and the physical facility. The following details were provided:

- The person in care (PIC) has not received appropriate equipment for their needs in a timely manner.
- The care conference was delayed, incomprehensive, and did not have any staff present from the facility.
- The elevator has been broken for 3 weeks and residents are having their meals on paper plates with plastic utencils.
- There have been no activities on the 2nd floor.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collection though PIC records. Licensing determined that following contraventions:

- Residential Care Regulation 21(a) equipment and furnishings
