| A complaint was received to Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) on January 31, 2022 alleging concerns regarding: - staff not answering call bells - PICs not adequately supervised - inadequate lighting and temperature - food substitions were not made from same food group - policies and procedures were not followed All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence from the Licensee was received and reviewed.
