Report of Findings
On September 22, 2022, CCFL received a complaint alleging concerns regarded policies and procedures, equipment and furnishings, and care and supervision.

The following details were provided:
- the licensee did not disclose the additional fees charged for services provided and/or organized by the licensee
- staff would not answer the call bells as required
- staff did not provide baths regularly to the PIC
- staff did not use the appropriate equipment to transport the PIC

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence from the licensee was received and reviewed.
