Report of Findings
On July 12, 2021, Licensing received a complaint regarding care and supervision.

The allegations included the following details:
- Staff shortages affecting quality of care
- Personal care not being completed as required
- Physical facility concerns

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures, inspection, and emails.

The following contraventions were determined:

Observation: Licensing determined staff were not sufficient in numbers to meet the needs of persons in care.
