Report of Findings
On July 20, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision.

The allegations included the following details:
- Staff did not respond in a timely manner to an emergency situation
- Staff did not have the necessary training to assist a PIC who required first aid

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through a review of documentation and communications with facility management.

The following contraventions were determined:
- Residential Care Regulation Section 40(3) Continuing Monitoring of Employees
- Residential Care Regulation Section 44(1)(b) Food Services Employees
- Residential Care Regulation Section 81(4)(b)(i) Care Plan Needed If More Than 30 Day Stay
